Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

2. Accidental orders.
3. Incompatibility issues.
4. Customized or personalized items.
5. Important: We do not provide a return option for products received without physical damage or mismatch. In such cases, only a replacement will be offered first, and a refund will be considered only if replacement is not possible after verification from our side.
6. Important: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise refusing to accept the package. Once accepted, eligibility for a refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

Customized Orders - Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for customized or personalized products are accepted only within 3 hours of placing the order. After this time window, production may already be in progress, and cancellations, refunds, or modifications will not be permitted under any circumstances. 
Customers are advised to review all order details carefully before checkout.
